These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SneakyWeasel website and service located at www.sneakyweasel.co.uk ("the Service"), operated by SneakyWeasel ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are resident in the United Kingdom, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

SneakyWeasel provides an online product monitoring service. The Service allows users to:

• Monitor products online based on notification preferences and exclude filters you provide
• Receive alerts and notifications when matching products are detected
• Use automated basket functionality to add products to your shopping basket on third-party retailer websites
• Where available, use automated purchase functionality on third-party retailer websites

Features may vary by subscription tier and may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

The Service is offered on the following basis:

• Free tier — limited access with delayed monitoring and alerts
• Paid subscription — billed monthly via Stripe, with full access to all available features

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your current billing period
• After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service interacts with third-party retailer websites on your behalf. These third-party websites have their own terms of service, policies, and rules. By using SneakyWeasel, you acknowledge that:

• The use of automated monitoring, basket, and purchase features may breach the terms of service of third-party retailer websites
• Third-party retailers may cancel orders, block accounts, ban users, or take other action against you as a result of your use of the Service
• It is your sole responsibility to understand and accept the risks associated with using the Service, including the risk of account bans, order cancellations, or other consequences imposed by third-party retailers
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party website you interact with through the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SneakyWeasel shall not be liable for any:

• Loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the Service
• Actions taken by third-party retailers, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, order cancellations, or refusal of service
• Financial loss arising from failed, cancelled, or reversed purchases made through or in connection with the Service
• Legal action taken against you by any third party as a result of your use of the Service
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

SneakyWeasel does not provide refunds, compensation, or any form of reimbursement for consequences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account bans or order cancellations on third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability, accuracy, or timeliness of product monitoring or alerts
• The availability of any product or stock on third-party websites
• The successful completion of any basket addition or purchase
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• Compatibility with any particular third-party website or retailer

Third-party websites may change their systems, policies, or interfaces at any time, which may affect the functionality of the Service without prior notice.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with any other person — accounts are for individual use only
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Not use the Service to engage in any activity that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect:

In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service or any data obtained through it
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, extract, or interact with the Service except as expressly provided by the Service itself

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SneakyWeasel, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Any action taken against you or SneakyWeasel by a third-party retailer or other third party as a result of your use of the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or the terms of any third-party website

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
